The number
In the drill’s own unit: seconds, metres, repetitions or points, with how precise it is.
Its score
Out of 100, on one scale for every drill, and it counts towards the player’s rating.
Or why it was rejected
A clear reason instead of a score, so the player can go again. A rejected attempt never lowers a rating.
One season
Four attempts at the same drill is not four numbers. It is a direction.
A record that grows with the player
One attempt is a data point. The same drill three months later is a line.
